I had a problem for years… INSOMNIA… not sleeping! On first meeting Howard I liked him straight away, his approach is somewhat different and I would say unique. I’ve seen many Hypnotherapists before, but Howard helps you see things in a different way, completely changing your outlook of problem. It is what is says on the tin, rapid change! Very intelligent man and fun to work with and I can honestly say after two sessions, you come out feeling very much different and 100% better and more positive.

How does it work?
Frequently Asked Questions
The MONTHLY LIVE SESSIONS all take place via ZOOM, where you will be able to see Howard in real-time. If you wish you can flag that you have a question and you can be unmuted and actually ask advice in person. OR you can type the question or comment into the live chat box whilst the session is going?
Usually they can last anywhere from 60 mins to 90 mins based on how it unfolds organically. No two sessions are the same and the content will be based on the real challenges, issues and areas those attending live wish to focus on. You are in the driving seat.
When you join the group you get access to the RAPID CHANGEWORKS MONTHLY HUB. You get your own unique log in details and here you will find all the details including dates of future sessions and log in details. This HUB will also allow you to view any/all replays of live sessions taken place so far and will grow over time.
This is entirely your choice. You could interact solely with the webcam and microphone off using just the chat box if you wish. The choice is yours. Obviously many choose to be seen and heard at times which can allow me often to really tune into how best to help.
Nothing is shared with people outside the group. It's incredibly important that this is an inclusive supportive and safe group where people feel comfortable to open up.
After you choose which payment plan you would like to use a box asking for payment details will appear. Once that goes through you will be immediately sent log in details (unique to you) to get access to the Rapid ChangeWorks Monthly HUB area where all the details of zooms and sessions coming up will be found.
You can cancel the group whenever you want from your dashboard in the Rapid ChangeWorks Monthly HUB area. Of course, if you do this you will no longer get the details of the next sessions or have access to the replays.
There are 3 ways to do this. 1) Attend the live sessions and interact with each. 2) Under each replay in the Rapid ChangeWorks HUB area you can leave comments and share thoughts and reflections on the questions or materials covered. 3) JOIN THE "HOWARD COOPER'S - RAPID CHANGEWORKS" GROUP on facebook which is only for those doing the monthly groups or clients who are interested in change.
NO! The strategies and approaches Howard shares will be designed to help you with theory, understanding, AND give you practical experiences and techniques to take control of your life. Sometimes Howard may also do live 1-on-1 demos with volunteers on the ZOOM sessions which can be extremely valuable in learning how to apply the tools.
As mentioned this is going to be lead by you! So if you're struggling stress at work? Perhaps someone in your family isn't well and your not coping? Maybe you and your partner are getting at each other? Or your kids are driving you mad? Perhaps you are struggling to take action and lost weight, get fit or break a habit. This is where you can come and explore getting help and support. No topic is barred.
